Thierry Laborde
 

Thierry Laborde is one of the finest chefs currently working in London’s restaurant scene. His position as Head Chef at Le Gavroche, London under chef/patron Albert Roux before he was 30, was preceded by a fast-track apprenticeship in a series of French Michelin starred restaurants - including Michelin *** Restaurant Le Louis XV, Hotel de Paris, Monaco under Chef de Cuisine Alain Ducasse. 
 
Thierry earned his own Michelin star while at L’Oranger 2003. He inspired the ‘Bistronomy’ trend in London with Chabrot Bistro d’Amis which quickly established itself as one of London’s most acclaimed. Fay Maschler included it in her top-10 of London’s best new-comers in 2011
